MCLA's Master of Business Administration (MBA) is collaborating with the Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC) to create a synergistic learning experience between newly energized Berkshire industry and academia.
The MBA program offers a broad-based, multidisciplinary education that combines the strengths of our business faculty at the doctoral and master's levels with those of practicing managers actively involved in day-to-day decision making in the field.
Info sessions provide potential students with the opportunity to meet with faculty and staff to learn more about how to continue education in three of MCLA’s programs that are designed to support rising educators needs in the Berkshires and beyond.
The MBA program offers a broad-based, multidisciplinary education that combines the strengths of MCLA business faculty with those of practicing managers actively involved in day-to-day decision-making in the field. It is a part-time 30-credit program designed for working professionals and in partnership with the Berkshire Innovation Center (BIC).
Designed as a part-time program to meet the needs of the working adult learner, most of the courses will meet through a combination of online and face-to-face instruction. Students will take one course at a time for the duration of the program. The program provides the support and motivation of a cohesive team with a shared set of goals. Students will be strongly connected to the program, to faculty, and to their fellow participants.
The application process to the MBA program is holistic and takes experience and professional aspirations into consideration equally. Our students come from a variety of different fields and settings, which enriches and builds upon individual goals for the program. Students work with faculty members to decide which choices are relevant to them, and what outcomes they are hoping to achieve.
Transfer credits are accepted up to a maximum of six (6) credit hours for core courses
with grades of B or better and must be no more than five years old, taken at an accredited
institution. The committee reserves the right to require a GMAT score from an applicant
even if the basic conditions are met. Meeting the minimum standards does not guarantee
admission into the program.
MCLA's MBA program is an accredited degree program that provides exceptional value and empowers graduates to lead in a variety of settings. Offering one of the best tuition prices in the region, the MBA comes with a sound return on investment guaranteed to be worth both your time and investment.
