Reporting to the Vice President of Administration & Finance and managed by William Norcross, Purchasing Manager, the Procurement office is responsible for providing the MCLA community with oversight and support in the selection and acquisition of goods and services while ensuring adherence to the College's policies and procedures as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
