MCLA is committed to ensuring commuter students get the services and resources they need to have a full and successful college experience. We understand that as a commuter, you probably have obligations off-campus. We want to make it easy for you to balance those obligations with your life as a student!
You can get a commuter parking permit through the Campus Police Office for $30 a semester. Permits are issued on a first come, first served basis. You must show your car registration, valid college ID, and a driver's license. Commuters park in designated lots around campus (see map).

With about many different student organizations on campus, it's easy to get involved at MCLA! The College offers something for everyone: academic societies, intramural sports, specific-interest clubs, and student government. Joining a club or organization is a great way to meet students who share your interests - and a great way to make friends!
For more information, contact the Student Government Association at 413.662.5401 or stop by Amsler Campus Center, room 316.
In the event of a major winter storm, a decision to close campus or delay the opening will be made by 5:00 a.m. and will be posted on the college’s website. Delayed opening times will coincide with the class schedule for that day and will be reported as the specific time the campus will open for classes. This decision will be reported to the Public Safety Department, to the following radio and television stations, and a message will be sent to the MCLA pop up announce and web page.
