Approximately 85% of MCLA students receive some form of
financial assistance.
When you complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) you automatically apply for a wide range of state, federal, and MCLA assistance, such as Pell Grants, Supplemental Education Opportunity Grants, MASS Grants, the College Work Study Program, Perkins Loans, and Federal Direct Student Loans. You can learn more about how to apply for financial aid here.
On October 1, the FAFSA opened for 2021-2022 academic year and the priority deadline was January 1. The FAFSA can still be submitted for the 2021-2022 academic year and we encourage students to complete their files as soon as possible to maximize their award.
If you haven't already, review the estimated annual costs to attend MCLA. Especially given the opportunities a quality MCLA education provides, it's surprisingly affordable. Looking for something more personalized? Based on the information you provide, our Net Price Calculator can tell you the price of attendance that students similar to you paid after financial aid.
