Connect before you collaborate.
Listen before you lead.
Partner before you persuade.
-Jo Miller
For the past 26 years, MCLA has provided students with the opportunity to examine the topic of leadership and build personal leadership skills through its annual conference.
During previous conferences students have had the opportunity to learn from one another about leadership as well as gain some practical skills that can be put to use immediately. Its the hope that those attending this conference will challenge each other to expand their thinking, investigate the diversity in leadership among them, and set high standards for leadership on their campus.
Past attendees have raved about this opportunity and look forward to the conference. We are excited to offer this opportunity for the 27th year in a row!
Conference Date: Saturday, February 12, 2022
(snow date: Sunday, February 13, 2022)
Conference Format: In person for the MCLA community only
The health and safety of all conference attendees is very important. MCLA will continue to comply with an indoor mask policy. All attendees will be required to follow this policy.
