Bachelor Degree Completion Admission

We welcome students who would like to complete their bachelor's degree after earning an associate's degree or the equivalent from another institution. MCLA's Bachelor's Degree Completion program is designed to assist adult learners achieve their educational goals while balancing family and work commitments.

Tailored to fit your busy schedule

  • Cohort-style learning provides peer support for the adult learner who is managing work and family demands.
  • Students can complete in just over two years with year-round classes.
  • Classes are offered in Pittsfield and North Adams.
  • Seven-week classes with class meetings one night per week for 4 hours.
  • Prior learning credits are available for those who qualify. Click here to review the policy and learn the steps in the Credit for Prior Learning portfolio submission process.
  • Additional college credits may be awarded via the College Level Examination Program (CLEP).
  • Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
  • Applicants should have an Associate's Degree or equivalency of 45-75 transfer credits to be considered for admission.
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA.

Additional documentation may be requested by your admission counselor. Admission for bachelors degree completion students operates on a rolling admission basis for the fall and spring semester. We encourage you to apply early to receive details on transfer credits and financial aid options.
