About The Conference

The MCLA Leadership Conference is an annual, multi-day event serving as the culminating experience for the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts Leadership Academy cohort, offering, free, open-access sessions for educators. Topics range from leading vibrant, inclusive schools to implementing instructional programs 
that enhance success for all.

Location: Bowman Hall with a Virtual Option

Leadership Conference Sessions

Sessions are organized around the four standards established by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Professional Standards for Administrative Leadership (PSAL):
