MCLA Hosts Reception for 2022 Congressional Art Competition May 5

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts will host Congressman Richard E. Neal’s public reception and viewing of the 2022 Congressional Art Competition submissions tonight, Thursday, May 5, from 6-7 p.m. in the Feigenbaum Center for Science and Innovation on the MCLA campus.  

This event is free and open to the public, and members of the media are invited to attend.  

Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges and a winner will be announced at 7:15 p.m. The winner’s artwork will hang in the United States Capitol for one year representing the First Congressional District of Massachusetts.  

Light refreshments will be served, and music will be provided by Eileen Markland, Music Director at the Berkshire Waldorf School.
